Privacy policy
Factolink is used by factories to receive orders from their traders. This page explains in plain words what we store and why.
- What we store: account details (name, email or phone), factory data, products, orders, payments, messages, and the photos or receipts you upload.
- Why: to run the service you asked for, to protect it from misuse, and to send you notifications.
- Each factory sees only its own data. A trader sees only their own prices and orders. The Novendo team does not see factories' orders and prices.
- Services we use: hosting and database (Lovable Cloud), email sending, an AI service for voice ordering and the help assistant (it receives your question only, not your business data), and Paddle for card payments.
- We keep data while your account is active. You can ask for a copy or for deletion by email to support@novendo.app.
- Sign-in and sessions use cookies and local storage that are needed to run the app only, with no ads or tracking.
Terms of use
- The factory is responsible for its products, prices and orders, and for giving each employee the right role.
- Factolink must not be used for anything unlawful or to try to break into it.
- A free 14-day trial, then 3 days of grace. After that a subscription is needed for traders to keep ordering. Prices and plans are shown before any payment.
- The software, its code, design, names and logos belong to Novendo and are protected by copyright. Copying, decompiling, reverse engineering, reselling it or building a competing product from it is not allowed.
- We work to keep the service available and secure and take daily backups, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service.
- The full terms for factories are the contract signed inside the app on first sign-in.
